Korea Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training (KRIVET), established in 1997, operating under the authority of the Korea Ministry of Education, is a national research institute affiliated with the Prime Minister’s Office for vitalization of vocational education and training (VET) and enhancement of the public’s vocational competencies. KRIVET conducts policy research and development in the field of education and employment, including vocational college policies, development of National Competency Standards based curriculum, national qualification framework, evaluation of training programs, and provision of career information. Ho Chi Minh City Research and Teaching Association HCMC (TESOL-HCMC) is the first and largest professional organization in the field of English language teaching recognized in Vietnam. It was established in 2005 by the Decision No. 5544 / QD-UBND of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and under the State management of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training.  ATC's Dual TESOL Diploma program, offered in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, in collaboration with Horizon TESOL, is accredited by TESOL-HCMC.
