Refund request must be in writing and include the date. The registration fee is non-refundable. All online courses include in their total price a $100 non-refundable registration fee. The material fee becomes non-refundable once the student receives the material. All software-based online courses are treated as products and become completely non-refundable once the username and password have been issued. The cancellation fee is calculated from the date the notice of cancellation is received. All fees are non-transferable. If your visa to enter Canada is refused by the Canadian Embassy |
You will receive FULL REFUND (less registration fee and any bank transfer fees). You must provide the refusal letter from the Canadian Embassy. If you have applied through an agent, you must contact your agent for your refund. |
